Rich Hope
President
Richard is President and co-founder of Sirius Advertising, Inc. Before starting Sirius in 1989, Richard was Vice President/Account Supervisor of Westin, Inc., Lakewood, NJ for 8 years. Prior to that, he sold ad space for a Boston newspaper. Richard oversees sales, account service and creative for the agency. He works closely with Phil Holcomb, VP Creative, to steer the agency's creative direction. Richard holds a BS in Psychology from Union College, Schenectady, NY.

Brian Lawrence
Vice President
Brian is Vice President and co-founder of Sirius Advertising. Before starting Sirius in 1989, Brian was Production Director at Westin, Inc., Lakewood, NJ. Prior to that he was Advertising Production Director for Rickel Home Center’s in-house agency. Brian oversees print production, broadcast production, operations and financial aspects of the business. He has regular client contact relating to production issues. Brian holds a BFA in photography and film from Jersey City State College (now New Jersey City University).

Carol Rorke
Account Executive
Carol has over 20 years experience in marketing and advertising, including over 12 years at Sirius Advertising. As an Account Executive, Carol is responsible for project management from start to finish, including all copywriting, research and client communication. Her clients range from Pfizer Animal Health and Garden State Veterinary Specialists, to various assisted living communities throughout the tri-state area. She is responsible for new business development including new business presentations. Previously, she held the position of Media Director at Sirius Advertising, and her extensive background in media and client service supports her role as Account Executive for Sirius Advertising.

Phil Holcomb
Vice President Creative
Phil has over 20 years experience in advertising graphic arts, nine years as an agency Creative Director. Phil has extensive experience in Pharmaceutical advertising and marketing. He has created award-winning advertising (Jasper Awards, NJ Ad Club Jersey Awards and CAMA Awards) for such companies as Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Roberts, Jersey Mike’s, Osteotech, Lifestyle Condoms and many others.

John B Hopper IV
Web Designer
John has eleven years experience in graphic design, web design, photography and video. He graduated from Franklin Pierce College with a BA in Graphic Communications and has won 5 JSPRAA Awards for website design. He is fluent in JavaScript, PHP & ASP and strives to create visually-appealing websites that are accessible, SEO-friendly and standards-compliant.

Kathleen Kowalsky
Graphic Designer
Kathleen is a graduate of Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Computer Graphics. She has over 6 years experience as a fine arts instructor at a local art studio as well as 4 years experience in the field of commercial art, including web design.

Charlie Lawrence
Sales and Marketing Director
Charles is responsible for new business development. Prior to joining Sirius, Charles held high level marketing positions at Holsted Marketing Inc. and National Consumer Marketing, selling direct to consumers via direct mail, newspaper and web. Charles acquired his basic marketing skills over a twenty year career within JC Penney Company’s Catalog Division. Charles is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a BA in Economics.

Cynthia Moreira
Accounting
Cynthia brings over 10 years experience in small business management and is a graduate from the School of Business at Rutgers University. She is responsible for managing general accounting functions and financial reporting. Cynthia evaluates and maintains internal accounting controls ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization.

Margaret Frady
Account Assistant
Margaret brings with her over 18 years experience in customer service, purchasing and business management. Margaret provides administrative assistance to the sales, production, accounting and media departments, handles the distribution of marketing materials to clients, and assists with copywriting. Margaret is currently pursuing a degree in Social Science.
